Abbott laboratories is a US multinational healthcare company devoted to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals, nutritional and medical products. We are seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join us as: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Meet customer needs in assigned regions and utilise systems & processes available to ensure that you are aligned to anticipate and meet customers needs on service expectations and drive customer satisfaction by delivering the right service
- Build on service revenue growth and promote service image as part of Company’s vision
- Receive / coordinate adequate and timely training by identifying any training gaps within process and ensure all training plans meet company’s vision
- Deliver knowledge and skill improvements through regular feedback & coaching sessions
- Provate compliance with Abbott Quality System and Regulations through on-going support and communication of the Quality Policy
- Foster customer relationship for assigned areas and perform periodic recording and reporting
- Responsible for driving service initiatives to attain service income & expense targets for assigned area
- Develop human capital and achieve /sustain field observation
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering is preferred
- Field service knowledge with the ability to work within a team environment
- Relevant experience is preferred and must be willing to travel with in Malaysia
