Ascent Pharmahealth, Australia, a leading healthcare MNE is expanding its business operations in Malaysia. Applications are invited for the following position :
FINANCE / HR EXECUTIVE (Based in Petaling Jaya)
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible in handling full set of accounts such as cash management, budgeting, monthly analysis of variances and financial management reporting
- Processing of payments and billings
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation of balance sheets accounts
- Preparation year-end schedule and reporting package
- Preparation of audit and tax schedules
- Ensuring compliance to accounting standards, accurate and timely closure of accounts
- Liaising with bankers, auditors, company secretary and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Preparing and processing payroll and other human resource duties, EPF and other statutory contributions of existing and new employees
- Maintaining and renewing the general, group term life, hospital & surgical insurances timely
- To assist in ad-hoc assignments when necessary
Profile :
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 2 – 4 years of relevant experience is essential
- Knowledgeable and familiar with Malaysia financial reporting standards and legislation, tax and labour laws of Malaysia and human resource spectrum
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Attentive to details
