We are established property management and in line with our rapid expansion, we seek suitable qualified candidates to fill the following position: BUILDING MANAGER (Kuala Lumpur-Klang Valley)
Responsibilities
-To ensure the smooth operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the senior/Asset Manager
-To supervise and manage the administrative and operation staff effectively
-To oversee and ensure scope of work area are properly adhered to by service providers, contractors and suppliers
-To carry out building audits , all M & E service inspection and make recommendation for improvement
-To handle complaints from owners and residents and answer all enquiries professional and tactfully
Requirements
-Possess a degree/Diploma in Property Management, Building Service or equivalent
-Possess sound knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Services and building works
-At least 3 to 5 years working experience in managing highrise building
-Possess a good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills at all level
-Must be familiar with the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act, 2007(Act 663) and the Strata Title Act 1985 (Act 318) rules and orders
-Possess a strong leadership with good written and spoken language in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Must be a computer literate
