FINANCIAL ADVISOR
-Provide advice on products across asset classes to high net worth individuals
-Acquire new clients, build assets under management and generate revenue
-Identify opportunities to cross sell a full range of products and services
Requirements
-Preferably with a Degree in CFP and/or CFA will be an added advantage
-Well versed in financial markets and products
-Good command of verbal and written communication skills
-Proactive individual with a strong business development sense and exp in a client facing role
-Able to perform under pressure and strive to meet targets.
MANGER, FOREX & STRUCTURED PRODUCT SPECIALIST
-Analyze and evaluate foreign exchange markets
-Communicate investment view effectively to Financial Advisors and clients via written reports or presentations
-Develop products to suit the needs of private clients by analyzing various structured products linked to equities, interest rates, commodities and foreign exchange
-Work with various internal and external counterparties to build the structured products business
-Provide support to Financial Advisors in customizing products according to their clients need and assist Financial Advisors in closing deals
Requirements
-Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management form a reputable university
-Those with CFA qualification are highly encouraged to apply
-Min 3 years working exp in the finance industry, preferably in treasury dealing or structured products.
-Strong analytical ability and exp in Forex market to originate investment views and strategies.
-Good knowledge of various structured products
-Sound investment knowledge of foreign exchange and commodities
-Knowledge of Bloomberg and Reuters
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word
Assist in Ad hoc project assignments
Possess good writing, analytical and presentation skills
Must be resourceful in accumulating information
Must be a team player and able to work under pressure
SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER,PRODUCT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
-Lead/manage business development efforts in building the necessary infrastructures /platforms which will cater to various onshore and offshore sophisticated investment products
-Lead/manage various projects and business development initiatives
-Help draw up policies and procedures and train Financial Advisors on new products
-Work with the investment team members in identifying various investment products
-Conduct feasibility studies to examine competitors landscape and attractiveness of the products to high net worth individuals.
Requirements
-Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management from a reputable university
-Min 5 to 7 years working exp in the finance industry, preferably in funds management, unit trust companies or business development units of commercial and investment banks
-Strong ability in speardheading/managing business development activities
-Good knowledge of the Private Banking business, various investment products such as equities, fixed income, unit trust funds and other sophisticated investment instruments will be an added advantage
-Posses project management and problem solving skills
-Good with numbers, organized, disciplined and detailed
-A team player with an ability to work with various internal and external counterparties.
SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER, IT SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
-Work with other stakeholders (such as operations and Group IT) to lead and implement various IT system initiatives including commissioning and enhancing Private Banking odyssey system
-Manage Private Banking Odyssey system on an on going basis including vendor management, enhancement roadmap, integration with the rest of the Group IT systems, user training, user utilization and necessary change management
-Bridge the business users requirements with required system capabilities and process change
-The above work covers Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand region
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in IT or Business from a well recognized university
-Master Degree or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification will be a major plus point
-Min 5 to 8 years in IT business/consulting industry, preferably with extensive project exp in process re-engineering and system implementation
-Private Banking business exp will be an added advantage
-Posses good writing, strong negotiation, persuasion and communication skills
-Must be a team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
-Analytical and organized with the ability to solve problems
-Able to work on long term assignments overseas and open to overseas secondment.
EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER,MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
-Plan and implement integrated marketing communication strategies which are aligned with the business development plan
-Coordinate and execute marketing communication activities including corporate identity and branding, events, public relations, advertising and sponsorships
-Copywriting for internal and external communication including newsletter , website and marketing collaterals
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all functions units to ensure that marketing initiatives are successful
Requirements
-Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
-Broad application of principles, theories, and skills in marketing communication, preferably in the finance industry
-Good command of verbal and written English
-Possess strong interpersonal skills
-Proactive individual, able to multi task and perform under pressure
EXECUTIVE, PRODUCT OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT
-Coordinate and manage operational matters in relation to the various products that Private Banking offers such as equities, fixed income, unit trusts and structured products
-Coordinate book building exercises and ensure all orders given by the clients are accurate
-Work closely with team members in product management matters such as designing operational workflows, updating policies and procedures
-Build, update and monitor research databases for the investment team
-Provide support to Financial Advisors and Client Services Unit on ad hoc client requests.
Requirements:
-Degree from a reputable university
-Min 1 year working exp in the banking and finance industry, preferably with exp in middle or back office role in stock broking, treasury, asset management or audit knowledge of various financial instruments
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of VBA programming will be an added advantage
-Proficient in handling operational tasks
-Must be diligent, disciplined and organized
-Must have a keen eye for detail and operationally efficient to manage various tasks at the same time
-Must be resourceful in accumulating market information
-Must be a team player and able to work under intense pressure
-Able to work early mornings and long hours
EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER CLIENT SERVICE
-Support the Private Banking team in providing customer service on banking, credit, investment and financial products
-Ensure completion of documents and handling of transaction executions
-Fulfill and follow up on all Front Office Administrative related matters
-Handle and facilitate account openings process
-Respond to clients enquiries and follow up on actionable items
-Maintain client information
-Work closely with other nits/divisions in the
implementation of projects/products to toward the overall success of the business
-Assist in ad hoc project assignments.
Requirements:
-Preferably with a Degree or Diploma qualification
-Exp in local financial markets
-Knowledge of Private Banking and Investment Banking products will be an added advantage.
-Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Computer literate
-Possess interpersonal , communication and analytical skills
-A self starter with excellent sales support attitude
-Able to multi task and deal with all levels of people

EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER,CREDIT
-Prepare reports, analyze and monitor the changing portfolio or clients asset under management to detect adverse market trends or credit risks
-Handle administrative and operational matters and update information into the IT systems
-Perform regular reviews of Private Banking loans
-Work closely with Financial Advisors, Investment Team, Private Banking Operations and Capital Market Risk Monitoring departments on credit related matters
-Actively monitor Private Banking portfolio to ensure compliance with approved risk limits and risk policies.
Requirements:
-Preferably with a Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
-Exp in credit organization/assessment in banking or securities industry will be an added advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word or Power Point
-Strong analytical, research and organizational skills
-Team player and capable working independently under pressure
