CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
To liaise with customers on confirm sales orders and attend to general enquiries.
To coordinate shipments/deliveries by preparing shipping documents
To support Sales and Marketing team on marketing/customer support activities.
Requirements:
Candidate must be SPM, STPM, or Diploma Holder, computer literate, preferably female
1-2 years of relevant experience
Self motivated ,pleasant personality and is able to work independently with min supervision. Able to work immediately.
