FIELD SALES MANAGER (LOCATION:JOHOR)
The Key Responsibility of this job is to manage the selling and marketing activities foe the designated territory sales plans aligned with country’s strategies and directions, maintain effective customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Other responsibilities:
- Appoint dealers and provide support to dealers in the designated territory
- COllect orders and accounts receivable dues from dealers within approved credit limits
- Provide territory forecast on a monthly basis and establish sales targets for each product
- Establish an effective incentive program and promotion plans for dealers and end-users
- Provide reports on market development and changes in market conditions, competitors, pricing and opportunities
- practice all aspects in safety
Requirements:
- bachelors degree in agricultural science or any science studies
- 3-5 years working experience in sales in agrochemical products (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides)
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
- A visionary with excellent leadership skills and a strong desire to grow to a senior position
- Respectful with the key values of integrity and Respect for people
