Emirates is a dynamic multicultural organisation with ambitious global growth plans. We are currently recruiting Sales Executives and Customer Sales and Service Agents for our office In Malaysia.

Sales Executives – Ref no. SE/MA/15514
A skilled communicator, you will be innovative with your approach in achieving sales through select travel agents and commercial houses. You will also carefully nurture relationships with colleagues and motivate them in all matters affecting the business. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in safes within a recognised travel agency or airline at Junior management level. Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications is essential. Familiarity of local travel markers and a local delving license would be a great advantage.

Customer Sales and Service Agents – Ref no. CS&SA/MA/15516
An affable professional, you will ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided to all Emirates customers. You will establish and maintain superb relationships with prospective and current travelers, assisting them with their travel plans and providing detailed advice on all Emirates fares. You will also provide information on flights and reservations, hotel bookings and options on other products and services. You will have a minimum of 1 years customer service experience within the airline industry and be computer literate. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skins are a must for this role. Knowledge of standard fares and ticketing, Skywards and MARS would be an advantage.
