Our client, a well establish organization is seeking an experienced
Senior Country Commercial Manager
To lead and manage a sale team, with total accountability for the country sales performance. You will constantly engage with the team in execution of business plan, new product launches and category management.
The position also requires you to manage Key Account Executives, and demonstrate excellent working relationships with other department. You will be responsible for budgetary planning and control and ensuring all financial targets are met and exceeded where possible.
You should have at least 2 years of sales and marketing exp in an FMCG environment involving wholesale trade, with at least 3 years in a full managerial role leading a large sales force. You must be results driven and possess excellent networking and negotiation skills .You should also possess strategic and commercial awareness.
