I have just completed my PhD in Food safety over at the University Putra Malaysia (UPM) and I am now looking for a lecturer position within your institute.
For the past three years I have been deeply involved with my fellow researchers on toxin reduction in wheat based products during food processing, during which time I have been using the latest modern apparatuses. I have earned teaching experience during my study, as well. This has meant that I have gained valuable experience, as well as an insight into the type of work that may be involved with the post you are carrying out.
