We are in the midst of searching active candidates for our clients, which primarily provides management and technical services. It also provides training and education services, Business, Oil and Gas, IT, Engineering and banking. The group primarily operates in Malaysia where it is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and employs about 1,390 people and listed under Bursa Malaysia.
GRADUATE EMPLOYABILITY MANAGEMENT
(Kuala Lumpur – Wangsa Maju )
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates ( Diploma or Degree in any field)
- Obtained a minimum CGPA rating 3.0 or its equivalent.
- Applicants must have been unemployed for more than 3 months after graduation
- Applicants must be willing to undergo on-job-training at participating organization.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- The programme is divided in two parts. In the first part, graduate will undergo a two month in-house training whereby they will be exposed to skills and qualities that will help improve their confidence and ability to communicate, as well as to manage tasks and responsibilities that are important in their work life.
- This will followed by a placement at various organization and institutions
- It will provide valuable working experiences and knowledge to support the participants’ future growth.
- Salary of RM 1800 ( Diploma ) and RM 2300 ( Bachelors)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
P/s: During the 2 months in house training the candidates will be paid an allowance of RM 500. Breakfast and refreshment are provided through out the comprehensive training. Accommodation can be arranged. Graduates will also be awarded a certificate of achievement. Job will resume on the 3rd month (after 2 months training) with the above stated salary for the diploma / degree holders respectively.
