Management Trainees
You will undergo a comprehensive 18-month training program as a means of gaining exposure to various aspects of the company’s operation.The on-the-job rotation to various departments will include coaching,mentoring,training and development.Selected candidates may be eligible for overseas assignments.
Upon completion of the program,you will be considered for permanent employment
Requirements:
-Malaysian citizen below 25 years of age at the date of application
-Fresh graduates with CGPA of 3.5 and above in the following discipline of studies:
-Business Administration
-Business Management
-Economics
-Finance
-Statistics
-Chemical Engineering
-Electrical & Electronic Engineering
-Food Technology
-Mechanical Engineering
-Excellent communication,interpersonal and presentation skills in english and bahasa malaysia
-Energetic,enthusiastic and adaptable to changes
-Resourceful,able to work independently as well as in a team
-Possess excellent records of extra curricular activities in leadership roles
-Computer literacy is essential
