PROJECT SALES ENGINEER MANAGER (Selangor)
-Prospect, establish and build long term relationship with new and existing customer to develop business opportunities in line with the company’s objectives
-Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
-Min 2-years/5 years exp in project sales in the HVAS environment for engineer/manager position respectively.
-Good knowledge of contractual works and project management and able to work with consultants/architects/ developers/ contractors
-Self driven, result oriented , team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SALES ENGINEER (Selangor, Penang, Johor)
-Prospect, establish and build long term relationship with customer and promote our HVAC systems and energy solutions
-Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
-2-3 years exp in site/project execution and administration
-Exposure in the HVAC environment will be an advantage
-Result oriented, team player, self driven and dynamic
-Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

PROJECT ENGINEER (Selangor)
-Oversee project fulfillment including testing and commissioning , site audits , monthly progress claims, certifications and site coordination with contractors.
-Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
-2-3 years exp in site/project execution and administration
-Exposure in the HVAC environment will be an advantage
-Meticulous with excellent coordination and communication skills.

CONTRACT EXECUTIVES (Selangor)
-Plan and execute project contracts, scheduling and budgeting, , monitor the project’s progress with project managers and ensure timely claims and collections
-Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying /Project Management/Construction
-3-5 years experience in project management, /contracting or contract administration
able to interpret drawings, specifications and local/national building codes
-Team player with strong customer orientation skills and able to work independently

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVES (Selangor)
-Support all marketing activities including A & P, media relations and event management
-Degree in Marketing /Business Studies or its equivalent with 203 years relevant experience
-Familiar with print media, above and below the line advertisements advertorials and event management
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Excellent written and spoken English, and able to work with min supervision.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN/SENIOR TECHNICIAN/SERVICE ENGINEERS (Selangor, Penang , Johor)
-Perform service repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauls , testing, commissioning of HVAC systems and equipment.
-Degree/Diploma/Certificate /MLVK in mechanical/electrical engineering or air conditioning /refrigerator. Candidate with chargeman AO certificate will also be considered.
-5 years (Depending on job level) hands on experience in air conditioning/chiller repairs and maintenance , servicing and or trouble shooting, testing and commissioning
-Alert, hard working and proficient in English
