Customer Care Executive – Sales Support, Malaysia
(1-year contract) (Based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen all incoming calls in a professional, efficient, commercially acceptable, and courteous manner
- Capture pertinent information and enter into the call management system as well as adhere to data collection guidelines
- Provide phone support for all non-technical questions related to products, services or processes and participate in resolving problems/complaints or answering customer queries
- Provide information on the status of orders and material availability, indicating all issues, resolution, and recovery plans
- Gather appropriate information from the caller to ensure their issues are resolved and/or they are connected to the correct individual in a timely or responsive manner. This may include referring the caller to their local Rockwell Automation sales office, distributor or another Rockwell Automation business unit
- Complete all actions needed for specific post-sales support and take ownership of all the cases in complete end to end cycle
- Follow the Escalation Procedure religiously to provide timely resolution to customer, issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Engineering or its equivalent. Additional education in Business courses is desired
- Minimum 2 years’ sales/customer service experience
- Able to work independently

Responsibilities:
- Able to troubleshoot equipments and carry out maintenance work.
- Assist supervisor in machine installation and to work closely with subcontractors.
- Carry out testing and commissioning for the installation. Requirements:
- Candidate most possess degree in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in raw PCB manufacturing and related environment
- Experience in horizontal or vertical PCB wet processing equipment setup and maintenance would be an added advantage.
- Applicant most understand P&I drawings, basic OLC programming on S7.
- Knowledge in SIMATIC ProfiBus systems.
- Applicant able to work with minimum supervision.
- Applicant able to schedule and co-ordinate work with customers.
- Basic project management skills, e.g. use of MS Project.
- Applicant must be able to communication in English fluently.
- Able to communicate in basic Japanese language would be an added advantage
- Applicant most be a team player and able to work beyond
- Applicant most possess valid class D driving license.
