Kitchen Language,the food and beverage arm of far East Organization,was formed in 2008 to bring the best food concepts and brands to our local shores.The latest additions to the family comprise a Japanase restaurant, an Argentine restaurant and an Italian restaurant.Committed to maintaining the quality of our restaurants and franchise partner brands,kitchen language invests heavily in staff training to ensure an authentic experience for both the customers and the team.We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and high levels of energy and enthusiasm to join us for the opening of the restaurants.
SENIOR CAPTAIN
- Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Service and develop relationships with existing and potential accounts
- Diploma in Hospitality/F&B/Business Administration with min 3 years experience in restaurant operations
CHEF DE PARTIE
- Work closely with,and assist the sous chef in the preparation of all dishes
- Prepare mise-en-place ass assigned and maintain the standards of preset recipes,portion control and costing at all times
- GCE ‘O’ level with min 3 years experience in kitchen operations
