1)PROJECT MANAGER / DESIGN MANAGER / SENIOR ENGINEER
KLCC Projeks Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as KL city centre berhad), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KLCC (Holdings) Sdn Bhd is in search of committed and success-driven individuals to join the KLCC Project Management team in providing total project management services (from business development to implementation) to our clients, east coast economic region development council (ECERDC), that is based in KL.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project team and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that project completion is within budget, scope of requirements and on a timely manner
Requirements:
- Must have a Degree in Engineering Civil, Mechanical / Electrical or Agriculture
- Min of 10 years relevant working experience with 5 years in a project management role
- Have exposure in managing and coordinating projects in the following areas:
- Agropolitan & social
- Agriculture
- Integrated Development
- Heavy Industries
- Tourism
- Agri / Food Based Industry
- Roads & drainage
- Port Construction
2)HEAD COMMERCIAL LEASING
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and conduct periodical review of the liaising and marketing strategy for office buildings
- Lead and manage the commercial leasing team and liaise with various stakeholders such as current and potential tenants, leasing agents, building manager and builidng owners in line with the objectives of the leasing strategy for each commercial office building
Requirements:
- Degree in Estate Management / Property Management / Land Management / Land Administration or Degree in relevant fields
- A member to the property consultancy and valuation services of institute surveyors malaysia, a registered valuer and estate agent to the board of valuers. appraisers and estate agents malaysia
- Min of 10 years relevant working experience in related fields with at least 5 years in commercial office leasing and marketing
3)EXECUTIVE, SALES & CREDIT MANAGEMENT
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operation of the sales & credit management department and is responsible in developing & maintaining the property sales / tenancy management system for efficient administration of house purchasers / tenants relevant database
- ENsure timely progress / monthly billings and collections from house purchasers / financiers /stakeholders / tenants
- Liaise with solicitors & end-financiers in loan documentations & disbursements and prepare pertinent reports in a regular basis
Requirements:
- Degree in finance / Accounting, business administartion or related disciplines
- Min of 2 years experience in property development company
- Good decision-making skills, able to work woth time constraints, a meticulous approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills are pre-requisites for this position
- Must have experience in IFCA system
4)SENIOR EXECUTIVE (Budget & Reporting)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodical financial report to management / subsidiaries
- Review the budgets of subisidiary companies to ensure accuracy and develop annual budget for all subsidiaries
- Review of the financial activity in Group companies to ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness of records
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in accountancy, finance or equivalent
- Min of 5 years experience in finance and accounts preferably with public listed companies
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Excell will be advantageous
5)TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Maintain close liaision and good working relationship with service providers and ensure certifications of all relevant equipment by liaising closely with local authorities
- Implement the HSE within the M&E and building systems by puting in place the means to comply and achieve HSE objectives, plans and targets
- Prepare monthly management report for M&E and building systems
- Implement M&E and building systems improvement initiative to minimise facilities downtime, increase equipment availability & reduce HSE risks
Requirements:
- Chargeman certificate with competency BO-11KV (by Suruhanjaya Tenaga)
- Min 3 years relevant working experience in plant and facility management
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
