INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales plan to accomplish growth targets
- Achieve a high level of market penetration through wide coverage of sales activities
- Expand and transform new business into a world-scale operation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Chemistry/Science/Engineering with minimum 8 years working experience
- Younger candidates with proven track record are encouraged to apply
- Through understanding of customer segments and market dynamics especially in the oleochemical business with exposure to international trade
- Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal and follow-through skills with a high level of initiative
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SPearhead continuous productivity programs in the areas of distribution, transportation and storage
- Develop vendors to meet quality, cost, technical competence and delivery goals
- Analyze key performance data/indicators to measure suppliers performance as well as plan and implement improvements
- Pro-active in identifying issues and opportunities and providing sound business judgement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering/Operational Research/Finance with minimum 5 years working experience in related functions and idustry, preferably in an international shipping environment
- Track record leading multi-site manufacturing operations and supply chain processes at a senior management level
- Demonstrated success in implementing state-of-the-art supply chain management practices
- Possess strong work ethics, intellect and energy level
- Broad commercial acumen, excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills
