We are a well-established total logistics provider and a public-listed company on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. We seek energetic and ambitious individuals to join our Company as:
VICE PRESIDENT, AIR FREIGHT
The Job :
- Identify new customers and develop new businesses in Air Freight
- Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage customers of goods
- Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems
- Analyse data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs; liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers
- Develop the business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems, producing new solutions and implementing health and safety procedures
- Achieve and deliver sales target
- Manage and maintain customer relationship
- Liaise with overseas offices to enhance business revenue.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- Must be dynamic and resourceful with pleasant personality and strong negotiation skills
- Independent and customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Knowledge of Express Courier and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
The Job :
- Review, analyse and create detailed documentation of business processes, user needs and work flow designs
- Manage the requirements definition and documentation for programmes or
projects through the use of traceable, high quality processes and tools
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical and operational requirements
- Formally document solution requirements that are aligned with technical and business feasibility. Plan and execute acceptance testing
- Identify, analyse and design new business processes which ultimately improve or replace inappropriate / redundant processes
- Proactively evaluate alternatives, perform appropriate cost benefits analysis and recommend solutions that minimise cost and commensurate with acceptable risk
- Provide or manage ongoing support for existing applications; prioritise new issues and work with customers to determine the best use of IT resources in order to best address their business needs
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Operations Management / Management or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years experience in analysing business requirements and translating these to system specifications and solution definitions
- Must have superior written, presentation, verbal communication, analytical and project management skills
- Experience in logistics environment will be an added advantage
- Must possess a practical understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to business needs
- Required skills: Interviewing, probing and information gathering, listening,
report writing, interpersonal, analytical and oral communication
- Key qualities : Meticulous but tactful, able to work independently with minimal supervision and yet is a team player, able to work under pressure, assertive, upholds integrity, highly self-motivated, resourceful and results-oriented.
