lndah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd, wholly-owned by the Minister of Finance Incorporated, is the national sewerage company responsible for providing sewerage services, operating and maintaining public sewerage systems in Malaysia. We have 18 unit offices throughout Malaysia, divided into the northern, southern, central and eastern regions. We are currently looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of:

SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER – CORPORATE SERVICE DIVISION (HEAD OFFICE)
Job Scope:
The incumbent will be responsible for providing operational leadership to department heads of Human Resource, Procurement, Corporate Communication and Information Technology (IT) to ensure divisional expectations are achieved. He or she will play a key role in advising the CEO and Senior Management regarding matters relating to Corporate Services.

Requirements:
- Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field;
- At least twenty (20) years managerial Corporate Services experience in both public and private sector organizations;
- Possess well developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to operate at both the strategic and operational level
- Exceptional planning, analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to mentor, lead, advise and problem solve;
- Possess a high level of corporate flair and ability to relate to all levels of employees and stakeholders.

GENERAL MANAGER – CORPORATE PLANNING (HEAD OFFICE)
Job Scope:
- To manage and direct corporate planning activities for the Group in line with overall objectives, mission and vision;
- Participate in business evaluation for any corporate ventures, market and feasibility studies, business proposals, negotiations, JV agreements, shareholders agreements and operational agreements;
- Develop long and short-term business strategies and translating the key strategies into long terms and short term detailed action plans in alignment to the vision and objectives of the Company;
- Conduct market research, benchmarking for industry and competitor analysis to facilitate business planning and strategy formulation process;
- Actively participate in timely review of business and operational performance and analyze business issues to help improve business performance.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess et least a recognized degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- A minimum of eighteen (18) years of relevant working experience in strategic business planning and/or corporate finance in both government and private sector.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional planning, analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Creative and resourceful as well as able to function both independently and as an effective team player
- Some experience in mergers and acquisitions is desirable.
- Must function well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.

GENERAL MANAGER – PROJECT MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING (HEAD OFFICE)
Job Scope:
- To head, plan, direct, organise, manage, monitor and control the in-house project management services required to implement the design, tender procurement, award and construction of MOF’s Capitol Works & Refubishment projects, Sludge management projects, Network & Private Connection projects and CCTV and Critical Sewer projects;
- To head, plan, direct, organise, manage, monitor and control the chargeable Project Management Consultancy Services to KeTTHA/JPP’s Capital Works & Refurbishment projects, Sewer Network Connection projects, and CCTV & Sewer Relining projects;
- To ensure the quality of services rendered and the desired output in terms of time of budgeted cash flows, time of completion, cost of works, quality of works and standards are achieved to meet overall Company’s and Client’s business objectives.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a recognized degree in Environmental / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least thirty (30) years of working experience with minimum 15 years similar experience in water/wastewater or consultancy industry ;
- Able to lead, plan and manage overall implementation of projects from design, tender, procurement to construction and completion;
- Possess good organisation, leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Must possess dynamic drive and enthusiasm, firm and self motivated;
- Must be PC literate in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

STATE MANAGERS (KEDAH/PERLIS, PERAK, NEGERI SEMBILAN)
Job Scope:
- Develop and execute a strategic Business Plan to ensure sewerage service progression in the State with good management tools and resource development plan.
- Develop and manage an Asset Management Plan to ensure infrastructure and resources ore planned and managed for effective service delivery at optimized whole life costs and risks bored decision making protocols.
- Manage sewerage operations in the assigned State in line with the company’s Vision and Mission for efficient and sustainable services.
- Manage Revenue and Costs to migrate the state operations from current cost centres to profit centre modes for long term sustainability.
- Identify and track business opportunities within the State for short and long term expansions.
- Manage accurate customer database with strategies to close gaps of non – revenues and plan to enhance revenue via effective collection mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and keep the risks and liabilities within acceptable limits.
- Promote the operations at State level via effective communications and Awareness Program with good customer charter and care.
- Ensure good stakeholder rapport and liaison with all relevant parties for a harmonious business environment
- Ensure agreed works and activities for operational improvement, development and standardization are rolled out, implemented and monitored for business sustainability.
- Key store operations covers connected and desludging services, planning and development control, customer relations, financial and business management with other essential support services.

Requirements:
- Post-graduate tertiary education in any field from recognised higher institution with professional affiliations.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience including managing large tasks, resource and workforce.
- State level operational experience in any related industries or utilities managing based upon balance sheets.
- Experience in writing Business Plans and budget preparations and management.
- Able to lead and inspire teams to achieve company Vision and Mission
- Excellent soft skills including stakeholder management and public speaking.
