SENIOR RETAIL REPRESENTATIVE
(For Furniture and Fashion)
Responsibilities:
- to perform day-to-day operations of the retail area in the functions of sales performance,stock management,customer service and visual merchandising.
- to ensure company objectives and sales target are met
- to ensure company policies and operational guidelines are being followed strictly and enforced accordingly.
Requirements:
- candidate must possess at least diploma qualification, within the age of 25-35 years old
- Min 3 years of retail experience in luxury fashion/lifestyle brands preferred with customer service background
- Must be sales-centric and able to speak fluent English
- possess a pleasant and mature attitude and well-groomed.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a retail environment,work long hours and on shifts,including weekends and public holiday.
FLORIST
Responsibilities:
- to perform day-to-day functions by artistically arrange live and artificial flowers and foliage by conferring with clients regarding requirements.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in designing and fashioning live,cut,dried and artificial flowers and foliage for a reputable florist
- Must be able to speak English with a pleasant disposition
- Possess own transport
- Candidate must be willing to work in a retail environment,work long hours and on shifts,including weekends and public holiday.
ACCOUNTS CLERK
Responsibilities:
- To perform payments processing namely accounts receivable,bank reconciliation and providing accounting and data processing support
- To assist in handling administrative matters and involved in month end closing activities
- To undertake other general accounting related functions deemed fit by the reporting accountant.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification or its equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience and ability to handle full sets of accounts is an advantage
- Meticulous and able to work independently with min supervision
ADMIN CLERK
Responsibilities:
- to key-in,compile and maintain sales data and reports
- to undertake other general office duties such as ordering supplies, files and records maintenance and other administration duties as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification or its equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good oral written English skills and able to work independently with min supervision.
