Business Manager New Business Venture
- Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry
- Develop and implement a Strategic plan to develop and grow the business
- Oversee division operations to ensure efficiency,quality,service and cost-effective management of resources.Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the division.
- Preferably from HVAC Industry,with site management experience.
- Experience in interacting with Dealers, M & E Consultants,Contractors and End Users.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in selling Industrial Equipment & machinery
Sales Engineers / Asst.Sales Managers
- 2-7 years experience in selling Industrial Equipment & machinery
- Preferably from HVAC Industry and experience in interacting with dealers, M& E Consultants,Contractors and End Users.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engg
- Dynamic,energetic,result-oriented with positive working attitude
- Possess good interpersonal and comm.skills.
- able to work independently
- should have own transport
Project Site Manager
- Responsible for ensuring total quality in project execution
- Maintaining healthy relationship with customers and contractors
- Minimum 5 years working experience in managing site projects related to air-conditioning,or maintenance of centralized air-conditioning plans
- skills required:Project execution skills,Target oriented,Team management
Sales Coordinator
- assist in general office and sales administration and customer support
- cert/diploma in Business administration/Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in general office administration work
- Computer literacy is essential,especially in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Able to work independently
- Possess good interpersonal and comm.skills
- Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines independently is an added advantage
