We are an established and well diversified Group of Companies listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia with property development being one of our main activities. We are seeking suitably qualified, dedicated and highly motivated candidates for the positions of:

JOBS BASED IN PETALING JAYA,SELANGOR
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER-PROPERTY
-Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
-At least 10-15 years working exp in properties development/construction industry
-Possess analytical thinking, proactive and bale to work independently
-A good communicator with excellent leadership qualities and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people
-Ability to work under pressure and resolve challenges effectively
-Senior Managers with the relevant exp and traits are encouraged to apply.

SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVES
-Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building Technology
-Min 4-5 years working exp in both pre and post contract administration in properties development/construction industry
-Exp in working with consultancy or developer for high rise development is an added advantage
-Independent, hardworking, self motivated and a team player

PROJECT MANAGER
-Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, budgeted cost and desired quality
-Coordination of all construction activities on site including liaison with consultants, authorities, contractors/sub contractors, suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of construction projects
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Building) or equivalent
-At least 8 years relevant working exp in construction/property industry preferably with exp in high rise buildings and basement construction
-Knowledge in M & E services in high rise building would be an added advantage.

RECEPTIONIST
-Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced Diploma in any field
-Possess good telephone etiquette and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
JOBS BASED IN GELANG PATAH, JOHOR
DESIGN ARCHITECT
-To formulate and liaise with land owners and design concepts for bungalows and development
-To coordinate and liaise with consultants, authorities and project team
-To control design and material finishes selection detailing at site.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
-3-5 years of work exp in architectural and design

CHEF
-To lead the F & B department operations
-To ensure the quality and consistence of food and beverage produce from the Bale kitchen
-To ensure the cleanliness of the whole restaurant area such as kitchen and clining area
-To ensure the food cost and other operational cost are kept in a min level
-To ensure the food inventory is sufficient and in order
-To conduct PR with guest and find ways to promote business
Requirements:
-At least a Diploma in F & B or equivalent
-At least 5 years of working exp in the related field is required for this position
-Preferably candidate specializing in Food./Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent

SENIOR MARKETING &EVENT EXECUTIVE
-Conduct PR with residents, organize events for residents and including festivals promotions and deco
-Promote resort package, riding facility and F & B promotions
-Promote banquet facilities and coordinate the banquet functions.
-Overall in charge of front office and service staff
Requirements
-Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, F & B -Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
-At least 5 years of working exp in the related field
-Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Hotel/Resort Management or equivalent

SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN/CHARGEMAN
-Overall in charge of the Maintenance Department
-Able to draw up a Maintenance Programme for resort
-To maintain all pump installation on reflective pool, swimming pool etc
-Identify, troubleshoot and come up with recommendation to the Resort Manager
-To Attend to resident’s complaints and improve response time
-To find ways to improve efficiency of energy use and reduce operational cost
Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical), Chargeman Certificate or equivalent
At least 1 year of working exp in the related field.

ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
-To carry all projects and other administration works for Leisure Farm including following up on government department matters
Requirements
-Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies/Administration/Management
-At least 3 years of relevant working exp
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

CLERK OF WORKS
-To monitor and oversee the infra works, development and maintenance works
-To oversee daily construction work progress and site safety according to contracts and industry guidelines
-To Liaise with contractors, consultants and prepare daily reports and construction progress.
Requirements
-Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
-At least 3 years of working exp in the related field
