1.RETAIL EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of several Nautica Boutiques in the functions of sales performance, stock management, visual display, staff management and training
- Handle customer complaints and maintain good customer service standards
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in related discipline with 2-3 years of retail experience in fashion, lifestyle or sports brand in a similar position. Boutique Manager / supervisor with 4-5 years of retail experience are encouraged to apply.
- Independent, mature, pleasant and a team-player with strong leadership qualities
- Must possess own transport
- Sales & service oriented and good working knowledge of retail shop / counter operations and documentation
- Computer literate good command of spoken and written English
TagHeuer
(Based in Pavilion, Mid Valley & Queensbay)
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the boutique,staff,merchandise and customer service
- Achieve sales objectives, maintain and achieve high operational and merchandising standards and goals
- Build highly motivated teams and develop associates to the next level
Requirements:
- Min of 5 years retail experience with 3 years exposure in timepiece and minimum of 2 years in supervisory position
- Independent, mature, pleasant and a team player with strong leadership qualities
- Sales & customer service orineted with good working knowledge of operations and documentation
- Computer literate with working knowledge of microsoft office applications and good command of spoken and written English
3.BOUTIQUE ASSISTANTS
Responsibilities:
- To meet sales target and maintain the highest level of sales productivity
- Build and maintain clientele and provide the highest level of customer service
- ENsure neat and tidy display of the boutique and inventory is on order
Requirements:
- Min of 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably with timepiece or luxury goods background
- Matured personality, well-groomed with good customer service skills
- Able to converse in ENglish, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
