Market Research Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Marketing
- Obtain and interpret market intelligence data as well as conduct market analysis and update market research database
- Identify, implement and manage appropriate and integrated market research plans in support of products development
- Review therapeutic market potential assessment , product opportunity and product performance evaluation.
- Be a Business partner to support market research, strategy , and competitive intelligence through internal stakeholders
- Identify gaps and opportunities with stakeholders to generate key strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/Business/Statistics/Pharmacy/Science/ or a related discipline
- Minimum 2years related experience in a marketing /market research /business analyst role
- Good working knowledge in primary market research methods
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical /fast moving consumer industry will be an added advantage
- Strong presentation abilities and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills
Assistant Manager, HR

Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Human Resources
- Responsible for manpower planning ,sourcing and hiring of talents for business growth
- Provide continuous improvement activities for Human Resources Department
- Handle employee engagement activities (i.e Gallup), staff discipline, grievances and employees welfare
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 3 years proven working experience in the relevant human resources areas like recruitment and employee programmes
- Well versed in Malaysian Labours Law and in depth knowledge of local HR practices
- Able to work under minimal supervision with a high level resilience

Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to the Senior Marketing Manager
- Assist in launching and carrying out activities and provide support to the marketing initiatives
- Manage the anti infective range of products in the areas of product management
- Liaise with other team members and department for business efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in product management
- Excellent communication skill especially English
- Results oriented ,independent, innovative and business focused
- Knowledge of handling anti infective portfolio is preferred.
