REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identification and qualification of new business opportunities and for the management of the sales process from initial contact through to contact signature
- Responsible for the management of specific sales opportunities in the region
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities both directly and with the help of Senior Leaders
- Manage the sales process to contract signature supported,where appropriate,by the senior leadership,product specialist and delivery managers
- Responsible for developing new customer base and strengthening exiting nominated customer relationship
- Will be responsible for the entire sales cycle (identification, Qualification, Opportunity Management, Presentations,Proposals and Contract Negotiations)
- Responsible for periodic sales reporting of pipeline and opportunity analysis
Requirements:
- Achieved more than 100% in sales target on an average
- Deep passion for sales with social inclination/aptitude
- Highly energetic and dynamic with good analytical and presentation skills
- Good listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management,multitasking and prioritisation skills are necessary
- Must possess a strong internal drive to succeed, be able to self-motivate,and to meet or exceed projected accurate forecast
- Cpacity to make commercial recommendation based on sound business skills
- Track record of successful commercial results,preferably within the healthcare sales environment
- Have experience in managing high value (RM10m+) solution sales
- Demonstrate strong sales campaign management knowledge and experience
