RESIDENCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall supervision, revenue, sales & marketing, customer relations, maintenance and management system if the service residence
- Accountable for product quality control, enhancement and operations, and maintenance of apartments for maximum guest satisfaction
- Responsible for the administration, financial, operational and maintenance aspects of the service residence or project(s) assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant managerial experience
- Dynamic and customer-oriented
TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, cleaning and painting of all mechanical and electrical installations
- test emergency generator, hot water electric heaters and fire alarm system
- Ensure all work requests or complaints are attended to promptly
Requirements
- Possess minimum SPM/Trade Certificate in Mechanics/Electrical / Electronics
