SENIOR FACILITY MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, organises and evaluates operations of company facilities (including data centres), equipment and buildings in the asian region.
- act as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies
- manage and coordinate building space allocation, space planning and layout
- manage and coordinate internal moves and office renovations
- interact with external contractors and vendors of equipment and supplies to ensure that supplies are delivered in a timely manner and according to safety specifications
key requirements:
- a university degree in real estate, property management and/or building services, with a focus in facilities management
- at least years relevant experience in facilities management, including IT data centres
- knowledge of safety requirements including fire safety regulations in asian countries
- sound working knowledge of financial and management reporting
- strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent communications ability
RESOURCING DEPLOYMENT MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
- crate staffing deployment strategies that maximise cost effectiveness for resourcing initiatives
- forecast staffing utilisation needs based on client requirements, attrition trends and existing workforce composition
- define job responsibilities and posting, qualifications and knowledge management capabilities
- colaborate with line managers and recruitment team to ensure steady supply of candidate talent
- advise employees and managers in aligning employee skills with the organisations needs, including project transition and bench activities
key requirements:
- a university degree, preferably in a business discipline
- at least ten years staffing resource deployment experience in medium to large employee sized company
- ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- an independent and hands-on manager with strong skills in consultation, facilitation and business engagement
SENIOR PRICING ANALYST
Key responsibilties:
- create pricing structure and financial aspects to all bids while ensuring customer needs are addressed
- manage profit and lose model covering the entire deal lifecycle
- develop business cases and escalation packs to senior management using standard tools, formats and processes
- develop efficent working relationships with the service delivery units, business development and financial functions to facilitate optimum financial engineering
- contribute to quality decision making in bid reviews
Key requirements:
- a university degree, preferably in the accounting or finance discipline
- minimum 5 years experience in project finance engineering deals through multilevel internal approval processes (from concept till competion) for global customers
- strong interpersonal skills, especially in articulating commercial requirement for large customer contracts
- advance user of financial tools and systems (microsoft excel) to develop complex financial modeling cases
- Excellent written and spoken English, with fluency in other Asian language being an additional advantage
COMMERCIAL CONTRACT MANAGER
Key responsibilities:
- primarily responsibility for the management of commercial contracts, their modifications and interpretation from opportunity identification, proposal to bidding process.
- Provide through commercial risk analysis, mitigating for pre-contract agreements, including RFI and RFP documents
- ensure confidentiality, teaming agreements and MOU are reviewed, approved and executed in accordance with relevant delegation of authority, from contract start-up and throughout contract lifecycle
- create and manage an online database containing comprehensive client contract files
Key Requirements:
- A university degree in Legal or Business law
- at least eight years relevant experience in commercial contracting matters
- acute commercial sense, with strong facilitation and negotiation skills with various stakeholders
- possess a high standard of professional integrity and business ethics
- pro-active attitude to multi-tasking and prioritising high demand workload
