IMMEDIATE: SAP Basis Service Desk Analyst (Japanese/Korean/Mandarin speakers)

Role:
- Receive the user’s call, and provide high quality support.
- Responsible of day to day support operation to users in the region
- Managing incidents through its lifecycle until contact closure. Escalating incidents and problems that cannot be resolved.
- Satisfy the Service Level Agreements with client.
- Translating incidents from foreign languages (Japanese/Korean/Mandarin) into English and vice-versa.

Requirement:
- University graduate/Diploma holder, majoring in the area of Business related field or equivalent experience.
- Good command of English.
- One or more additional Asian Languages preferred (Japanese/Korean/Mandarin).
- 1 – 2 years experience in a customer-focused Support or Call-Centre function is desirable.
- Min 1 year knowledge and understanding in Basis/Security module within the SAP application is preferable
- Understanding of how IT applications are able to support business processes and solve business issues.
- Experience in Incident management and supporting tools is desirable.
- Effectively able to apply structured problem solving skills and available tools to quickly solve problems
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others.
- Ability to remain cool and controlled in a crisis and when under pressure.
- Customer service mindsets with strong interpersonal and communications skills are important to establish cooperation and rapport with users at working levels and of different nationalities.
- Good team work within the Service Desk, Basis and Functional team
