OPERATIONS MANAGERS (Precast Division)
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the General Manager
- Responsible for the profit and loss, entire operations of the precast yard
- Ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
- Achieve operation improvement, reduce waste and ensure high productivity to improve the overall business profit margin and quality target
- Evaluate and review the operational procedures and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports to the management for reporting
- Ensure works are executed within the acceptable standard so as to meet the stringent requirements conducted during the tests and inspection
- Ensure good practice of workplace safety and health in line with Ministry of Manpower requirements
- Support Technical and Sales team and Customer Service
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experiences in construction industry
- Preferably with minimum 5 years in precast industry.

PRODUCTION MANAGER (Precast Division)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for material, labour, inventory and machinery
- Oversee the logistic arrangement of the plant
- Achieve operations improvement, reduce waste and ensure high productivity to improve the overall business profit margin and quality target
- Ensure works are executed within the acceptable standard so as to meet the stringent requirements conducted during the tests and inspection
- Ensure good practice of workplace safety and health in line with Ministry of Manpower requirements
- To be stationed in the Malaysia factory / yard
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Building / Civil / Production Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experiences in construction industry
- Preferably with minimum 5 years involvement in precast concrete environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates must possess leadership skills
- Working knowledge of SAP system is preferred.

QUANTITY SURVEYORS (Precast Division)
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Operations Manager
- In-charge of raw material procurement
- Perform production cost analysis and monitoring
- Perform inventory review
- Verify progress Claims
- Issue payment certification
- Submit monthly report
- Contract Administration.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Contracts Management and above
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in quantity surveying / contracts administration environment
- Good working knowledge in quantity measurement and contract law
- Good computer literacy with working knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.
