GENERAL MANAGER
THE PERSON:
- Age between 35 and 45.
- Degree in Engineering/Business Management or equivalent.
- At least with 10 years working experience in a senior management level; preferably in the Lubricant Business field.
- Good communications, leadership and rnanagement skills.
THE JOB:
- Responsible for the overall leadership and management of Pennzoil, Lubetech and Repsol.
- Lead and manage the team towards achieving growth in the business plan.
- Lead and manage Lubetech operations.
- Lead lubricant business turnaround and growth.
HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING
THE PERSON:
- Age between 35 and 45.
- Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least with 5 years working experience in a similar position; preferably in the Lubricant Business field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
THE JOB:
- Plan, organise and manage regional sales & marketing programmes.
- Develop contract manufacturing business within the domestic and regional market.
- Manage overall product road map and marketing strategy.
- Manage the dynamic sales & marketing team.
- Manage the overall sales strategy, product costing and profitability.
- Manage the overall business profitability and cost.
