Dealer Manager – Based in Prai Vacancy
Responsibilities:
- To implement Company’s policies, strategies and processes throughout the Region
- To achieve the business plan objectives for new truck sales, parts sales and extended offerings
- To manage the process associated with Company’s directives
- To implement KPI’s and monitor Dealer performance
- To actively contribute to the development and performance of the Region
- To develop optimised processes within our Dealer operations
- To continually monitor the Regional Truck industry development related to the Dealer and service business
- To manage and develop own department and use resources efficiently through a leadership driven by Company’s values
- To motivate, develop and encourage excellent performances to drive profitability
- Fully accept and demonstrate the complete range of managerial responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or business administration or related field
- At least 5 year(s) of experience in managing a 3S automotive branch
- Experience in leading teams of people in matrix organization
- Possess a proven track record on effective customer relationships
- Exhibit strong ability in communication, leadership, planning and organization
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, matured personality and result driven
- Must be entrepreneurial
Business Controller – Based in Selangor
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the monthly preparation, review and analysis of management and operational KPI reports
- To be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of targets and budgets
- To conduct variance analysis of actuals against budgets /forecasts and develop action plans
- To ensure the adherence of uniform accounting practices, adequate internal controls, in accordance with the financial policies and procedures
- To perform operational and financial analysis to enable and support continued business growth
- To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be directed by the Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements:
- Certified accountant or possess a Degree in Financial Accounting or finalist in Professional Accounting Examinations (MICPA or ACCA)
- Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with ACCPAC / SAP accounting software
- Exhibit strong ability in communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and delivers on time
- Conscientious, integrity and team player qualities are essential.
