Our Pipe Coating Division subsidiary, PPSCI Group, owns and operates two pipe coating plants in Malaysia; both of which are accredited to ISO 9002, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001. The company’s primary pipe coating facility is located in Kuantan, approximately 4 kilometers from Kuantan Port.
To meet our growing demands, we seek a highly capable and dedicated leader to manage our operations.
GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS, PPSC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD (based in Kuantan)
The General Manager of Operations is primarily responsible for the overall operational management of the company. His/her key role will include the formulation, implementation and oversight of strategies, business and operational plans and budgets that will promote productivity and efficiency. The incumbent shall provide leadership and direction to the organisation to ensure that business and operational targets are met.
Our Prerequisites shall include
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 12 years working experience (at least 3 years in general management)
- The ideal candidate should preferably be in their early – mid 40s.
- Strong understanding of technical principles and an inherent knowledge of quality control and cost management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Prior exposure and operational experience in a similar or related industries will be an advantage.
- Bumiputras are encouraged to apply
